Refund Policy

Netweaver Technovations follows a clear no-refund policy for all admissions, course fees, cohort bookings, training programs, workshops, and related learning services. Fee payment confirms admission, reserves a seat, and allows us to allocate academic, mentor, operational, and administrative resources for the learner.

No Refunds After Payment

Once a payment is made, it is considered final and non-refundable. This applies whether the learner attends classes, accesses recordings, uses learning material, misses sessions, changes plans, faces scheduling conflicts, or chooses not to continue with the program.

Admission Confirmation

Program fees are collected to confirm admission and reserve cohort capacity. Because seats, mentor time, learning access, and support resources are planned in advance, payments cannot be cancelled, reversed, or refunded after confirmation.

Payment Errors

If there is a duplicate charge, incorrect transaction, or payment gateway error, please contact us with the transaction details. Such cases will be reviewed only as payment corrections and not as refund requests for confirmed admission or program withdrawal.

Applicable Law

Nothing in this policy limits any right that may be mandatory under applicable law. Where a legal requirement applies, Netweaver Technovations will comply with the requirement to the extent applicable.
